Join the Afro-Latino Connection for their Black History Month Celebration! Presentations will include AFRICA: The Roots of Salsa by Eileen Torres (Hispanic Fund President) and Genealogy by Eva Johnson (Lorain African American Genealogy Society). Artwork from Start W/ Art (C.A.L.M) will be displayed.

Join the Afro-Latino Connection for their Black History Month Celebration! Presentations will include AFRICA: The Roots of Salsa by Eileen Torres (Hispanic Fund President) and Genealogy by Eva Johnson (Lorain African American Genealogy Society). Artwork from Start W/ Art (C.A.L.M) will be displayed. Harrison CCC and Friends will provide food and refreshments. Donna Sims will provide free blood pressure scanning.
The Afro-Latino Connection is a collaboration between Start W/ Art, Harrison Community Cultural Centre (Harrison CCC), Community Foundation Hispanic Fund Advisory Board, and Lorain Club of Negro Business and Professional Women, Inc. (Lorain NANBPWC).
